A turnkey data-collection system for embodied-AI model training, built to solve the shortage of long-sequence, multimodal robot data. Self-developed hardware captures vision (RGB-D plus point cloud), touch (array pressure sensing) and proprioception (joint position / velocity / torque) in strict time alignment — cross-sensor synchronisation error averages ≤ 6 ms — while raw data is written to MCAP over ROS 2 DDS and can be converted through basic, D2C or coloured-point-cloud pipelines. A four-dimension automatic quality engine checks every episode on the spot, and measured yield is around 4 hours of trainable data per 8-hour operator shift. Supplied with on-site installation, calibration, acceptance and operator training.
